A relaxed business owner enjoys a drink beside a neatly bundled stack of invoices.

Less chasing. More business.

Hand over the invoices you're tired of chasing.

Upload an invoice, check the details and let Lekjek help with the follow-up. Keep track of what's owed without letting it take over your day.

A business owner peers over tall stacks of invoices at her desk.

You did the work. Now comes the chasing.

The invoice is sent. The due date passes. Then come the reminders, the checking and the messages you'd rather not write.

  • Another invoice to remember.
  • Another follow-up to write.
  • Another interruption to your day.

Meanwhile, the actual work is still waiting. Funny how that works.

How it works

From “I need to chase this” to “handed over.”

FAQs

Good questions.

What can I upload?

A PDF, or a photo or scan of a printed invoice, up to 10 MB. A PDF straight from your invoicing software reads best. If you send monthly fees or class invoices, you can also hand over many at once from a CSV or Excel sheet.

Can I check the details before a reminder is sent?

Yes. After Lekjek reads an invoice, you see what it read: the amount, who owes it, when it was due and who to contact. You can correct anything before you hand it over. Nobody is contacted until you do.

How do reminders work?

Each invoice you hand over follows your reminder strategy: a schedule of reminders by email or SMS. You choose the tone, and you can send a message yourself at any time, or pause reminders to a customer.

Can I see what has already been sent?

Yes. Every invoice keeps a record of what Lekjek has done on it: each reminder, how it went and when, word for word.

What happens when a customer replies?

Replies by email, or written on the invoice's payment page, show up in the conversation with that customer. Lekjek can suggest an answer, which you can change before it goes. No answer goes out without you. If a customer says they've paid, Lekjek asks you to confirm before it marks the invoice paid.

Is Lekjek available yet?

Not yet. Lekjek is in internal testing, and while it is, reminders go only to test contacts. There's no public sign-up yet.
